It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the Refugee Appeal Board. I am honored to serve as the Chairperson of the Board. I recognize that the Board plays a pivotal role in shaping the refugee management landscape in Kenya. For this reason the Board aims to execute its mandate effectively and efficiently to promote the principles of justice and law. 

As we move forward, the Board reiterates its commitment to bettering the refugee management landscape in conjunction with various key stakeholders and partners in both in Government and Humanitarian Agencies. We look forward to building a Kenya where refugees are accorded justice in accordance with the law.
